I practise the scandinavian defense in the moment. It's relatively uncommon, which is an advantage and you can do it after d5 ou d6. Black has got several possible answers so that it's not so boring and the pawn wall seldom occurs. |

Taking the pawn. Common option |

I'm not very used with this answer, so I'm gonna look at the game DB for a couple of moves before making a choice. |

I don't like too much symetry when playing the black but had little other ideas. |

I have the impression that it's a mistake. 6. Bd3 would have been better. I could , may be gain e4. |

I would like to play e5 but I need the my black knight to support the pawn so I opt for a Franchieto |

Although I have to prevent Bb5 because I will need my c3 knight to attack e5 |

White protects the d pawn but the place I aim is e4 so that it doesn't disturb my plan. |

White's two bishops on e make his move less efficient. |

I'm not sure he had t take but if not, black would have play e5 to reach e4 after. |

And white gets material advantage. Further more the e4 bishop is in a nice place. |

White has little other solution to remove the bishop but the move seems weak |
