This is my conclusion with this game. Even a great master or a theoretician suggested a move, you should restraint or avoid them, think twice before you follow them, the opening theory is a tricky subject. The true essence of opening are the ideas behind of the first dozen moves to have a playable game, not memorizing.

IMO there is nothing wrong with 9. h5 other than the fact that it is very aggressive. But having said that it does but immediate pressure on black's king position.

Maybe the intended line is 10. Qb5+ Qxb5 11. Bxb5+ Nc6 12. Nxe4 Bxb2. Black will have 2 pawns for a knight and will be slightly behind on development, but with a better pawn structure. I think it might be an interesting game. Perhaps someone else can help contribute here.

Yes, the idea of Qd3 is the check on b5. I had written a small pamphlet on this opening some years ago for some lessons at my club. if I find it I can share it.

10.Yes Qxe4 is inferior move even white has an extra knight . Black sacrifice of knight is superficial 10. Qxe4, although the idea of this is to pin the b7 directly to the rook in a8 and as well the preparation of Bb5+. The problem I see with this move is black bishop in g7 will capture the knight in c3 and then the black queen double attack white king and rook in a1 after white captured the bishop. White should simplify, the correct move: 10. Qb5+ Qxb5 11. Bxb5+ Nc6 12. Nxe4 and white is one piece up and has an advantage for an endgame.

This a very bad move. kinghunt give the best line. @ Seirawan suggested this move? Perhaps he should revise his book then because 10.Qe4 is a mistake

Although black has an edge on this game after 10. Qxe4, but this position still playable for white : 12. Rd1 If. 12..Qxa2 13. c3 Nc6 (If 13.. Bxc3?? 14. Rc1!) 14. hxg6 fxg6 15. Bc4 Qa3 16. Rxh7 Rxh7 17. Qxg6 Kd8 18. Qxh7 and white has much better position Or other variations 12. Rd1 Nc6 13. hxg6 hxg6 14. Rxh8 Bxh8 15. Qh4 Qc3 16. Nf3 Bg7 and black has a small advantage.

This is a very complicated position where black does have the edge but white's active pieces can compensate. Without going into too many lines. I think objectively best for both sides is 15. ...Qe5(15. ...Qc3 just leads to a draw after 16. Nf3 Bf5 17. Bd2=) 16. Rb1 b6 17. Bf3 Bd7 is unclear.

IMO, 12. Rd1 If. 12...., Qxa2? 13. Rxd6!?, f5 (apparently wins the rook), 14. Bb5+, Nd7 (in order to keep an eye to b7, so white has to lose the white bishop in order to go on), 15. BxN+, BxB, 16. Qxb7 (threatening the other rook in return. Here black can choose to exchange rooks, or try something more, like...), Qc5+. White can defend with Ne2 or...) 17. Rd3 (double edged move. White threats the bishop and the rook, but black is around the white king and the blocking rook will eventually fall to the pin. Black, again, can exchange rooks, or...), Bb5, (guarding the b2 bishop; if Rd8, QxB), 18. QxRa8+, Kf7, 19. hxg6+!
