CHESS IS LIKE SEX BECAUSE: If your partner has a lot more experience, they may lose interest. or Sometimes your partner has no idea why you are moving they way you do. I hope this passes the censor. texasron 19-Aug-12, 20:33	To Chess Master Shamash Your words are filled with wisdom. I would like to pretend that I can understand all you have mentioned in your previous response. I assume that both hawks and doves use the same physical principles to fly...thrust, lift, velocity, gravity and speed. There are probably others. I don't understand all there is to know about physics. And I REALLY don't understand all there is to know about sex either. Chess is yet another mystery for me. But 2012 seems like a good year to learn about all the things that we have been short-changed on. So here are some more ways that chess reminds me of sex: CHESS IS LIKE SEX BECAUSE: The King is assumed to be in command, even though the Queen does all the really hard work and running around. The opening moves let both parties know if the game is going to be just an everyday affair or a game to remember.
