Life is good
I'm posting from my phone, sitting at the side of the pool on a 35c degree day and the only decision I have to make is...will I go in for another dip or shall I have another beer ?....I think I'll do both.....life is good...

Good for you Aussie!
Im posting from my laptop in my new wingback recliner... which is good, but only because the great outdoors is an ICE JUNGLED SKATING RINK! YUCK... But life is still good... I'll take another cup of tea though, wich means getting out of my new chair.

Why not have another beer IN the pool?... best of both worlds!

Sound like we are both enjoying life.....just the way it should be. I'll actually be happy once it's starts to cool down .....we've had a spell of 40+ which is fine on the weekends when you can get into the water, but no good during the week when you've got to drag your sorry ass into work everyday.

Yes, enjoying life... Id take the heat over the cold any day though. Im the one person who gets in a hot hot car and says "Ahhh this feels so good!!" lol

Were lucky we didnt get the heavy snow they got 3 hours north of here (up to their knees)... but we got plenty of ice/hail/thunder/snow & lightening all at the same time.

We get no snow is part of the country.....I've experienced it overseas and had great fun but always thought that living with it as part of the regular climate....especially when it's heavy....would be a bit of a pain

What book Cat? Should it get a place in my library?

@ Thumper
It's called "Buffalo Brother" , small distribution... request it at your library and they maybe able to get it on loan.

What's it about? I do like the title, are you planning more?

It's a Native American/ (Kiowa Indian) Historical fiction...A teen boy finding himself in the 60s... by revisiting and traveling back in time while on his vision quest.

Im writing my 2nd book now. When I can drag myself away from chess! lol It is a mystery about an online vigilante who hunts down child preditors...until she becomes the hunted.

Hmmm, both sound intriguing and rich with potential. I'll find out if you're a good story teller.

Mr.M
Your main character is modelled after anyone in particular? Anyone we know? lol
Sounds like my brother but hes in his 50s now... still looks 30ish, and cashing in on that!

I'll be expecting the order then MrM... that's so generous of Thumper! lol
