brianinpdx 03-Aug-12, 15:38	Chuckles - This is the same guy that sent me a nasty PM about not liking the challenge I sent him and when I declined his counter went ballistic and then blocked me. I guess this team has more communication problems. My guess is all the cap's and co's blocked each other... Since where in a public forum here kightgator - your team STILL sends out challenges to my tea all the time. I've no clue why, seeing as you got so angry with me. I'm fairly well known by most of top teams and especially by the guys here. Maybe in turning over a new leaf so to speak we start a positive thread about better inter-team communications. Thats certainly a subject I as well as many here could contribute to. cheer! -Brian

brianinpdx 04-Aug-12, 01:58	Let there be chess love... @Gator - no sweat. So whats up with your challenges? My team has used several different tactics but what seems to work the best when you have a new or less experienced co-captain, have one of the other veteran matchmakers review/approve it. This slows things down a bit. But the double check will help your results. Another tip that my team uses, is to actually put my name in the challenge along side the players we want to play. Many teams that receive this challenge think the info is for them...but its really for us. Reason being one of the other cap's can review and approve or decline what was sent out. If major changes are sent back, one of the other caps can see exactly what was sent out/sent back. this strategy works very very well for us. Hope this helps. Send me a challenge when you get things sorted out internally. Maybe some of the other people here can offer some advice... -Brian
