Team Tip
You guys sound like a pretty advanced group here but if we have any new capt's or co's
among us... I might suggest the following:

- notify me when a new message is posted in the team forum
- message me when a team match is finished
- message me when each team game is finished

re: forums. this again promotes discussions. a good thing

re: team match. this helps you keep an eye on which way your moving as a team

re: team game. This lets you keep an eye out for timeouts. or if you have a junior player that
just scored a few wins. I see this and can send a quick msg out they they are doing great.
also lets people know your watching.

these settings are all under your TEAM>SETTINGS menu

cheers!

Another Team Tip ..

Something i find useful, When we get new guys n girls to ur team i send them them a friends request. By doing this i can keep tabs on the Team wheneva i want. if i go into my friends list i can see whos on line or who hasnt been on for days. This comes in handy when i get a timed out team msg. I can go to this list and c exactly when they were last on. This also works for those who have there online status hidden. If they have timed out a 5 day game & they were on 1 day ago, this will help determine the type of msg that they receive off me. it also just gives me a list that i can see who is the most active out of the team. Thus letting me know who can handle more games than others.

Kind of the Big Brother thing , but i find it works for me. The guys cant lie to me if i have the info in front of me. Having said that i havent had a Crab Yet that has tried to lie to me.

Like i said it works for me
