catzlaw 22-Jul-12, 21:45	I usually hold her back awhile...until she becomes crucial to the game. I see someone move it out early and Its like putting a bullseye on it. I enjoy chasing those early queens.

jkarp 02-Jan-13, 08:36	I would say that your Queen, should be the last piece, that comes out, unless there is some compensation for it. If there is any General Opening Principle that's important, I believe that this is definitely the most important. Why? Bringing out the Queen too early, is what will prevent you from developing. Especially if it gets kicked around the board, which will give your opponent even more time to develop, while you wasted your time, bringing the Queen out, prematurely. Believe it or not, I have lost a couple of games, by bringing my Queen out early. This mostly happened, however, when I was still a beginner.

jkarp 03-Jan-13, 14:24	I wonder why. I was trying to advertise this club, and for some reason, they were not interested. As far as, the other club, however, jstevens1 wants more members, so I am trying to point out the truth that it is a club, for people to improve their ratings.
