Supreme Court To Hear Obama Eligibility Challenge
California attorney Orly Taitz is reporting: "Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States John Roberts scheduled a case by attorney Orly Taitz dealing with Barack Hussein Obama’s use of forged IDs to be heard in conference before the full Supreme Court." "The case titled Noonan, Judd, MacLeran, Taitz v Bowen provides a mountain of evidence of Barack Obama using a last name not legally his, forged Selective Service application, forged long form and short form birth certificate and a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS." "Additionally, this case provides evidence of around one and a half million invalid voter registrations in the state of California alone." conservativeamericaonline.blogspot.com

If he wasn't born here, he would have to resign. President Biden anyone?

Out of all these they only accept 100 cases. Birthers just make fools of themselves. There is nothing there.

This issue has been ducked, stonewalled, delayed, dismissed and diverted using every imaginable (legal?) maneuver and tactic that money and intimidation can buy. In the end, it's not about the merits of the case but how to get past the obstruction and interference from the hard left power structure and their media.

Birthers will lose
You birthers will be defeated again and again and exposed to further public mockery! You are NOT going to overturn the will of then people with such tricks. Obama is President. He will stay President. Four more years!
|
|
As has been said many times over the past four years, if the republicans had any credible evidence whatsoever (or anyone else) Obama would not have made it past his first selection. End of story.

To what TRICKS are you referring?

Constant legal harassment using bogus claims. Not a shred of convincing evidence.

Unless he had the proper help obviously. Hence the ducking, stonewalling, delaying, dismissing, diverting, maneuver and intimidation. Do you have any doubt that a corp of true believers, such as would make DM proud, and in positions of power would have any hesitation what so ever to employ such tactics to accomplish their agenda?

The conspiracy theorists rule supreme: Ok, I'll buy it, if you can tell me what rigorous checks a presidential candidate has to go through, then find any shred of proof that the Obama machine could actually get past all the background checks any opposition would call for. You are talking about the first African American President here. Do you really think he would not have been checked out by every single opponent he had at the time. His entire life history would have been under the most rigorous microscope of all time. Get realistic. This is just further nonsense kicked up again to divert the gullible public about the failings of the gop in the recent election. It panders to the Breitbart brigade mentality.

If power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely, hatred corrupts and mindless Obama hating corrupts absolutely. These guys don't know when to let up.

"The conspiracy theorists rule supreme". To me that sounds like an out of hand blanket dismissal. How do you 'prove' anything to someone who says, "You can't prove it to ME because I think it's just more conspiracy theory"? Even someone who has had lots of high level help over at least a 5 year period scrubbing any incriminating data, can't remove or hide it all. In the modern era it's somewhat easier to scrub some computer data but the old school info was 'hard copy' and it's harder disappear when you can't account for all copies created. Even so, much of the readily known 'hard copy' incriminating data has been 'sealed'. Of course, there's always the ever mysterious 'courthouse fire' or flood that just happened to destroy any records, that has to be anticipated. Honestly, at this late date and considering all the ramifications that would result from a finding of fraud, I doubt any such finding would be allowed, no matter the evidence. We'll see.

There is no evidence, there never was, and the paranoid right is just looking more silly every day. Keep it up

You still do not answer the real question I posed: Would Obama have been checked out completely by opponents of a guy soon to become the first African American President of the US of A? You can't seriously expect anyone to believe the man's life and background wasn't vetted under a microscope.

From what I've learned, Hillary's people who are very good researchers started uncovering a lot of stuff, suddenly stopped and backed away. Everyone since then has been either tiptoeing around the issue or mocking those who want answers as 'birther nuts'. That sets my BS meter off.
