Charles Krauthammer! Funny tonight! He answered a question about BO's State of the Union speech quest to put 4 year olds from lower and middle class in preschool. Charles sites the HHS study that shows our 7 billion a year investment in "Head Start" does not pan out after the third grade. But more importantly, he says now, after HHS has defined our 7 billion a year spent on Head Start a failure, OB wants to double down and make this universal. Kraut calls this the "definition of a liberal". And, more funny, he says..."A liberal is someone who doesn't care what you do, as long as it is mandatory"!
