After 2020 election, GOP law makers in Georgia found out some irregularities and so they made new voting laws so that voters cannot cheat and to prevent voting fraud in the elections. Democrats were upset. They believe that the new voting laws are targeting black minorities in inner big cities for making it difficult to vote for several reasons, such as difficulty getting voter ID, transportation etc. Some have no driver licenses to use as voter ID. Some are disabled and cannot come to the polling stations to vote and with more restrictions of mail in voting, it will be impossible for black minorities who are Democrat supporters to vote. Democrats accused GOPs that the new voting laws in Georgia are tantamount to racial discrimination since new laws will allow only few blacks can vote. Joe Biden branded the new laws as, " Jim Crow 2. It is worse than that and should be called, Jim Eagle. "
thumper 20-Jul-21, 10:09	You don't need a State driver's license for ID. There's also a standard State ID that's easily aquired. You need photo ID for just about every transaction in the country ranging from a bank account to a telephone to renting a movie.

Honest GOP law makers in Texas found out some irregularities in 2020 election and so they made new voting laws so that voters cannot cheat and to prevent voting fraud in future elections. Democrats are upset for the same reasons that I mentioned in my previous message. Before GOPs can make new laws, timid Democrat law makers fled to Washington D.C. They are using filibuster as a weapon to defeat the new voting laws. I don't think their tactics will not work IMHO. Please check the remaining story as it develops in real life.

So you divert attention to rare fraud and lie about safeguards. Most states look for some ID; and at a minimum signatures are required which can be checked for forgery. www.ncsl.org. You oppose national standards because you want to suppress votes in states you expect to win. And you are not even honest about it. We are indeed far too different. And talk won’t solve it.

Make no mistakes that the term " Insurrection " is coined by Pelosi and her Democrats when Trump's followers truly believe that the election was stolen from Trump and stormed our highest institution in US, that is Capitol Hill as a protest for fraudulent 2020 election when Trump lost. Prior to storming, Trump gave the lecture on how fraudulent the election was. He still insists that the election was rigged even up to this day. I believe Pelosi and AOC would like to compare the insurrection to French and Russian Bolshevik revolutions when the masses stormed Bastille in France and Winter Palace in Russia. It scared the shit out of the souls of legislators, especially Democrats. Fortunately, none of them were hurt because none of rioters bring their weapons. IMHO, insurrection is a hyperbole. That is, to make it looks more serious so that Pelosi can impose more punishment including execution if Trump is convicted of the highest treason in US, insurrection. I am not kidding. Look at this example. Rosenberg Jewish scientists couple from Manhattan project who gave the atomic secret on how to make the nuclear bomb to former Soviet Union were executed. It was followed up by McCarthyism. That is, all the communist spies and sympathizers were exposed and purged. Even US military establishment strongly believes that Trump might stage a military coup to get hold of illegal state power, when he lost the election. As a commander in chief and as POTUS, Trump had the authority to mobilize the army to nation's capital Washington DC and seize control of the congress in case of emergency. Trump tried to activate the army but the Defense secretary disobeyed and refused the order. Democrats unleashed BLM protesters and Trump's White House was besieged by them. Mostly, Trump's security guard courageously defended him. Many of them were injured. Recently, Army Chief of Staff, Miley admitted that he truly believed that Trump was going to stage a coup and therefore he did not allow the army to be mobilized.
