I doubt you've served in the US Army since 1988. But I have. So I'm calling your bluff. We are the last free Superpower. But this guy wants to turn us into Greece.

What are you babbling about here? What has serving in the US army got to do with anything in this thread, or the US being the last 'free' super power? (That in itself is a joke right?). Calling my bluff on what exactly? I assume you mean 'Obama' wanting to turn the US into Greece? What a load of rubbish. Where are you getting this stuff from?

The US abused its superpower status. This is the asian century, not the american century. Pray jesus is coming soon.

Behave dm. (LOL)

I get this from the last three years
You have not been paying attention and I have. It's my country and I love enough to serve it and the Constitution. But I know that a "community organizer" is not the same as being a leader.

How did the US abuse its status?
If you mean the drugs and prostitution going on in my country, then - yes! We have societal ills that are common to all nations.

That still doesn't answer any questions..........Simply to say I have not been paying attention! To what specifically I might ask?

Have you seen any international polls on how popular the US is? Compare world opinion in the 90s with the rating Obama inherited. All that effort in Iraq and Afghanistan and those living their want the US out and hope we lose.

... what did your military service teach you that others' service did not? Did your particular assignment give you insights that others may have not experienced? And, how would you know?

Hey guys
The game is up. I am wise to you, now. I know who stands in which corner. It's easy to figure out my chess game. Just read the algabraeic chess notation of my past game history. You'll quickly see that while I win some games against lower-rated players I lose a ton to higher-rated ones. That's nobody's secret. I don't know what I'm doing, yet. The same now applies to you, and you know very well who I'm talking to and what I'm talking about (Not chess.) Everytime you type I get what you're saying and where you going with it. It does not really matter what you're doing in your life as you could be the biggest hypocrite in the world. You could be in the 1% and decrying capitalism and saying you're Occupier and a Marxist and everything else that follows that line of thought. I don't care. I'm not here to convert anyone. I am only here to tell you what I believe and how I live it. Seriously, I have nothing to offer anyone except and example of practical faith. There is nothing in it for me. Now, forgive me for taking a bit of a break. I'm going to read more about you and what you're spouting in the 1st Ammendment Threads. Very Respectfully, Arron

... I respect your beliefs. I disagree with many of them, as you do mine ... but I do seek common ground with those I may not agree, hence the questions I have. I too have significant military experiences from which I gained much ... I am not disparaging yours by any means. But I also respect your wish to decline the conversation. Good luck to you.

Fair enough. I totally disagree with your perspective but do not expect anyone to change. Short of a life altering event that just doesn't happen.

?
now why do I picture Old Glory over the motto: These Colors Don't Run

"...I am only here to tell you what I believe and how I live it. Seriously, I have nothing to offer anyone except and example of practical faith..." Oh! Really? Do go on, please.
