Obama refused to save ambassador?
The right wing is increasingly unhinged. McCarthyism is back. They accuse Obama of letting the ambassador die by refusing an air attack on the compound. The right is looney and increasingly dangerous. Stopping them is critical. They are dangerous.

dm I love your posts. I think they would sound better if you were to set it to music and do a gloomy unplugged show like Nirvana.

of course
obama realized how helpful it would be to him, his re-election campaign, and the united states for an amabassador and 3 other americans to die in libya. i mean, what could go wrong? it is a perfect strategy for re-election.

i also noticed how faux news picked up on obama's remark to john stewart that the deaths were not optimal.' of course, anyone with a brain (which leaves out most faux news reporters, announcers, and listeners) who listened to the interview would have noted that he had, not 20 seconds before, called it a tragic event, and the reason he used that term is because stewart had just asked him:

“Even you would admit,” Mr. Stewart said, “it was not the optimal response, at least to the American people, as far as all of us being on the same page.” Mr. Obama responded, “Here’s what I’ll say. If four Americans get killed, it’s not optimal.”

his tone and the context make it clear what he meant. only right wing hate mongers take it for what it wasn't.
