Good question
I can say, equivocably and without a doubt, that ITT Tech is the best college in the world.
Although I can't tell you where it is located. Illinois, perhaps.

it depends
what you want to study, the environment you like, and your preference of urban vs. rural or small town.

St Andrews in Scotland is pretty good for that sort of thing I believe (astronomy that is)

I applied, and was accepted to Embry Riddle.
It's the premier university from which NASA brings in employees. Other than military, of course. I did it for fun though, because I knew that it was too expensive to afford. I agree Oxford would probably be the best. President Clinton graduated first in his class there, and was awarded the Rhodes Scholar award, so even today it's still regarded as the highest. It would really depend on what you wanted to study. If it's technology perhaps MIT, but until you decide what field of study you are going into, you won't know which college is the best for your major. Let's start there, what would you like to do as a career?

Nice to know you were accepted though soul.
What if you choose a course that you thought you would enjoy and then somewhere down the line you wish you had chosen that other course that you thought about studying?

I have faith that I am on the correct path.
I've found that if I put my mind to it, I can become good at it, so as long as I'm doing what I love I'll be alright. I still love space, and do plenty of research on the subject. Who knows maybe one day I could spearhead an effort to create an noah's ark type of spacecraft to move life off of Earth. I like keeping my options open.

kidderminster college, just because i studied there before dropping out... and if any of you are into led zepplin, well, robert plant had a lot to do with the performing arts course there... his best mate kevin gammond was a lecturer there... i once followed robert plant with my mother around kidderminster town centre, we followed him into wh smiths, where he bought a pritt stick ... even multi-millionaire rock gods need handy glue sticks...
kiddy college is crap (in a non-vulgar manner) really, i cannot believe i have allowed that name to be compared with the oxfords and cambridges of the world...

It all depends...
For undergraduate, it does not matter as much, just try to get into a good research university. For graduate school, pick a University with a good repuatition in the area you are interested in pursuing. The person you want to work with really matters at this level.

I went to Bristol University.. great place, fine reputation. I always fancied the Sorbonne, it would have sounded much sexier when chatting up girls.
