pyramid experiments...

pyramid experiments...
i have bought a small pyramid off ebay, and i am going to conduct a few experiments as time allows... i want to know if there is anything in it or not...

currently, my pyramid is "charging" a bottle of mineral water... i cannot confirm if there will be any effect, since i have not got the ability to view the molecular structure... but i will be able to tell you if there is any sediment at the bottom, which would be unusual... research suggests there might be, as the water is purified...

i will also be bathing my thumb in some of the pyramid water, which i have recently injured (chipped bone i think, see the stag do thread!) and see if there is any reduction in pain, but again i cannot be certain that any effect will be caused by the pyramid...

however, i will also be placing a piece of bread underneath it, and a similar piece outside of the area... hopefully, the bread underneath will not go mouldy, but the one outside will... that will be sufficient proof for my eyes...

anyway, if anyone has any suggestions for small experiments, i will be happy to try them if i can... take into account a control experiment outside the pyramid too, so the results can be compared...

also, the direction the sides are facing may play a part... currently, they face to the four directions of a compass, the same as giza...

i am a little sceptical, mostly due to the fact i have a small block of stone in ther shape of a pyramid, but we shall see... but even if i fail, i will not abandon my theories that the great pyramids are energy generators... i will just assume my conditions were not correct...

I would
place a few select buds in the pyramid. Then you will get magically high.

razor blades
are supposed to become sharpened whilst under a pyramid...never tried it myself...

pawnt... that is a great idea, and i can't believe i didn't think of that myself... i'll be leaving a big bud under it overnight...

jeff... i am aware of the razor blade thing, but the only way i can really test that is to keep using the same disposable and see how long it lasts... i know i can get two shaves out of one razor normally before i throw it... i might give that a try

anyway, i've just got back home from work and had a look at the bottle of water, and although there is no sediment at the bottome, a few bubbles have formed inside, which i consider a little unusual... they weren't there before... and the bottle has not been opened...

i'm going to open it tomorrow, after a night's charging... if the pyramid has the effect i have been led to believe, then i would expect there to be a small pressure build up, as apparantly the water molecules expand from each other, so the density will lower and the pressure rise...

tomorrow's experiment will consist of tap water... there should really be sediment at the bottom of a cup of tap water... i'll even have a glass of tap water outside of it too, and see if i can taste the difference... tap water here in the midlands tastes like crap... so if purification really happens, i will definitely be able to tell...

Sheesh, this all reminds me of back in the 1970's, I remember trying the razor blade experiment then...you can convince yourself it works, its all in the mind.
I'm off to pick some magic mushrooms.

leo... did your razor blade experiment succeed...? while i don't know if it is all in the mind or not, i would find the ability to sharpen razor blades with mind power to be as equally absurd as doing it with a pyramid... i looked into the science of it, and apparantly a "blunt" razor blade is nothing more than a sharp one impregnated by moisture... remove the water and it is sharp again... apparantly, the pyramid removes the water by re-aligning the hydrogen bond... or something... whatever, i guess there are things here that can be down to simple faith... if you think the water is better for you, then the positive thinking alone means it is better for you... but there are other tests that cannot be down to simply believing it... like the mouldy bread experiment... i'll be getting around to that one soon...

there's a lot more to this than simply science experiments, i am putting my way of thinking to the test... i argue in these forums that we do not know everything, and what we consider now to be absurd is in fact entirely plausible... but all my debating has been based purely on what i've read and my logic, however twisted another might consider it...! the only way i can really be sure there is something in it is to have a proper look... then when people say i'm talking rubbish, i know i'm not...

oh, i'll have a mushy brew if you're making one... loads of sugar, get rid of that nasty taste of death...

I have an idea Tugger
if it does have powers, you could gain those powers thru osmosis. Simply place the pyramid under your pillow, and sleep on it at night, then you will gain it's powers simple by sharing spacial proximity.

soulcrates... it might be a little uncomfortable having a pyramid under my pillow...!

anyway... tap water... i drank the mineral water last night, and replaced it with tap water... i'm now going to taste it...

* swig *

and i must be honest, it doesn't taste as good as the mineral water, but it does seem a little cleaner than fresh tap water, but of course that could just be my mind convincing me it tastes better...

i need to do something that will show definite results... time to put some bread underneath it...

Soul's idea
isn't bad. However, I think you should wear the pyramid on top of your head instead.

If I may; this is complete lunacy.

Tugger, the next time you are wanting to buy something of such low-value, please PM me, I can supply you with magic buttons to put on you blouse.

what if
you wore a pair of pyramid earrings?

Or pyramid chair?

put the pyramid in your pants - you might have a job in prono waiting for you after a few nights

What about a pyramid bar?
Where the bar itself is a pyramid, but instead of stools they have more pyramids. Put shotty plastic seats on them that will surely break, resulting in a nicely placed pyramid point!

pyramid bar... i like that one...

nobby... magic buttons...? i've already got some... you can keep them...
anyway, why is it lunacy...? please, i would like to hear what makes you so sure...
