A mother tending to a distressed child, her composure and reassuring words bringing contentment and peace to the child, his body relaxes, the pout gets replace with an angelic smile. His arms reach up to embrace her and she leans over with joy and elation. Is this a work of art? To me it is. it creates and moves emotions

It was a vast collection of thousands of works, works which bore no relation to developments in contemporary art and yet were the innovative and powerful expressions of a wide range individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
amitanandan 14-Nov-06, 16:44	Crap Art Popularly held views about what constitutes art, or what constitutes artistic talent, are elitist and discourage other forms of art and artistic talent from being explored or utilized. "Crap Art" encourages anyone to do art. Not leaving it to those who have had the priviledge of attending art school and talking about period or contemporary art but anyone who wants to give it an honest go.
