Breaking my promise right away
dariustheking posted what appears to be a request for help with his homework ["Help in BASIC] on at least 8 forums, probably more. It's completely off topic spam, and it's a waste of bandwidth. I vote to delete the post so that we do not encourage a repeat performance.
But I am not adamant about this, because he may just be a kid who doesn't know any better.

sticky threads
I just created the "now reading" thread and made it "sticky" so that it would continue to appear
at the top. I assumed it would be third in line, as the third sticky thread. No, unfortunately it
jumped up above the other two sticky threads. What do you think? Should I leave it there, or
remove its "sticky" status?

Am I intruding?
I have a question concerning the club. Can I ask it here or is this reserved to the moderators?
I'll ask anyway:
The GameKnot rules say someone must be a premium subscriber to be a member of a club.
I am a premium subscriber and I noticed I can see the other clubs for which I am not a member, but I can not post any message on them.
My question is : Can a non-premium subscriber see what happens on the various clubs (but without being able to participate in any of them)?
Question number 2 : I noticed some members of PPA are not premium subscribers. How can this be?

On question 1: My understanding is a person ( this applies to moderators or non mod) must be a member of that particular club in order to post something.
Q 2 : I have no answer for that. I thought as you mentioned before hebrit, that only premium subscribers can be part of a club.

What if the person has been Premium and "was late" in paying the fee to renew?
Will he be stricken from the club or does Gameknot show a little mercy ?

In reply to the above posting, I've been late with my payment to Gameknot once before, and I
was not dropped from a club or team here on GK. I also once quit a particular team to join
another, and I am still receiving system messages telling me someone responded or replied to my
post on a thread at the old team forum. However, when I try to go there to read the reply to my
original posting, I am not able to, as GK's system message tells me I am not permitted to read
that team's posting because I am not a member of that team. So I wonder why I'm still receiving
notifications? It's annoying, to say the least.

I Really like the painting that introduces the club Is it possible for us to have a gallery of paintings of paintings that are liked by members or a gallery of famous paintings.? Just a thought .We could even discuss them .

... there is a 'troll' who's following me ... this time into the Three Word thread for which I have been participating for quite some time, upholding the rules as they have been explained to me. I have had to place his name on ignore months ago, and he's again found me. I'm not sure what to do, but he's spoiling the thread.
Would it be your preference for me to withdraw from this club to avoid further disruption? Or, is there another way this can be managed so that everyone benefits? Thank you for your considerations on my behalf.
