janheckman 20-May-09, 08:22	Ahh the open! Please help me! I've been playing since I was 6-years old but I've never been a student of chess. Until I joined Gameknot a few months ago, I had been on a 30-year+ sabbatical from the game. Alas: I find myself in an era of play that is much more aggressive than the 1960's The majority of my current mid-1.5k rating can be credited to my "pretty good" middle/end games. Now that I'm retired, I have ample time to learn and play. WHO WILL TAKE THE CHALLENGE TO MAKE ME A BETTER CHESS MECHANIC?
