29...Nxb6
Avoids doubling the pawns & helps cover d5.

29...Nxb6
And now we can start targeting the weakling on c2.

As expected
we now move KnxQ

My vote
Our move 29...Nxb6, as I mentioned earlier. The c-file is open for one of our Rooks, too.

Nxb6
Nxb6 gets my vote..

Agree, Nxb6 is the logical result of our plan to exchange Qs, relieving the pressure. We are at least equal now.

Okay,
I will post 29... Nxb6

30...Be4
30...Be4 else we lose the bishop.

I agree
30...Be4 is the best move i agree also

My vote for our next move
What about 30...h6! White's Rook on g5 is trapped. If 31.Rxf5, gxf5; 32. gxf5, Kh7 followed by ...Rg8, controlling the open g-file. We trade a Bishop + pawn for a Rook. If instead 30...Be4, I expect 31.f5. I prefer the imbalance and slight material gain of my first suggestion, 30...h6.

30...Be4
30...h6 31.Rxf5 etc. is good for black, but white doesn't have to take with the rook: 30...h5 31.gxf5 hxg5 32.fxg5 and next white will play Rf4->Rh4->Rh8#. We'll have to give back the material to prevent the mate, and the white K-side pawns look really good.

However, After 30....Be4, 31...h6 really is a threat.

I like hityerclocks comment about the K-side pawns, although h6 looks good, the Rook-Bishop
exhange leaves g and h, and possible f, very weak with a few pawns and possibly the Rook on
d7. h6 should be after Be4, and I think we have a great chance of a draw here

b4 or h6
either looks good to me

Be4
be4, because then how does white extricate the rook?

Wow ...
Doesn't 31...h6 win here? What am I missing? Methinks our opponents have blundered ...

andywm

Of Course
31. h6....then 32. pe6, pxp..33. Re5, 34. Kf7

31...h6!
What else!?? And, our Bishop can't be captured by White's Rook. I see no attack from White that compensates for losing his Rook...

White's Rook
may be safe if you see my scenario above
opengames
23-Feb-11, 18:58

31...h6; 32.e6, Rd6; 33.exf7+, Kxf7; 34.Be5, Rc6
What about this continuation?
sacul219
23-Feb-11, 23:37

White can get safe, but after pe6, if we exchange rooks, then Nxe6, then our p can't be taken
because the knight is threatening the now undefended Bishop on f6.

31. h6, 32. e6 hxg5 33. exd7 Nxd7? Then if 34. Bxg5 Rxf8, doesn't that give us momentum
and tempo?
sacul219
23-Feb-11, 23:40

I apologize the pawn can be captured, but not without compromising Whites King-side pawns,
or as I said, allowing us to play more attacking...

31...h6?
31...h6 32.e6 fxe6 33.Re5 Kf7 34.g5
31...h6 32.e6 Rd6 33.exf7+ (33.Re5 is better for white) Kxf7 34.Be5 Rc6 is good but white won't follow this line.
31...h6 32.e6 hxg5 33.exd7 Nxd7 34.Bxg5 (White should play 34.fxg5 opening the f-file for their rook)
What about 31...a5! 32.e6 fxe6 33.Bd4 Rd6 34.Bxb6 Rxb6 35.a4 bxa4 36.Bxa4 Rc8 & black is much better.
hityerclock

31...a5 wins, too ...
When 31.h4 was posted, I took a quick look at the position and decided that the obvious 31...h6 would win, so I didn't bother to look any further, but 31...a5 looks really good, too, though instead of 34.Bxb6 as in caknight's variation, I think 34.c3 is more likely, as white will want to trade off our B on e4 with a subsequent Bc2. But even so, black is clearly winning.

I wouldn't give give 31...h6 a "?", though. After 31...h6 32.e6 fxe6 33.Re5 Kf7 34.g5, I still thank white is dead lost. For example, 34...a5 looks like it gives white some serious headaches, and they seem to have less counterplay than in the 31...a5 continuation.
