Mini tournament points
Hello everyone,

I have a doubt about the use of mini-tournament points: the rules state that even if don't have enough points to join or start a mini tournament, you can do it anyway, and your point total il brought to zero. What does it exactly mean? So what are those points good for? For example, i currently have zero already, because I joined two tournaments; can I join more, or start a new tournament on my own? Forgive me if the answer seems obvious to you all, but right now I can get it.

Thanks,

Lancillotto

Lancilotto,

I suggest sending these questions to Gameknot's customer service and posting their answers to your
questions on this thread.

Thanks,
Jim

Here's the customer support answer to my questions:

The mini-tournament points cannot be "used" for anything. They are simply a
measure of how a player is doing in the mini-tournaments, relative to other
players -- i.e. the more points the better (similar to a chess rating, or the
points in a regular tournament table, for example).

I hope it's relevant to someone,

L.
