The Pirates of Gameknot and
Hello Knights of Honor,

I recently played a pleasant game, actually I think we're still in battle, and we got to chatting and he was nice enough to invite me to this club and I've never gotten a club invite but it sounds like a good time to me.

I am also captain of the "Gameknot Pirates" team and I welcome all of you to check us out and consider joining my team. We'd be happy to have any of you aboard and I hope I can provide some positive stuff to this club although as far as chess knowledge, I am a lowly 1050 player and don't have much to offer.

Actually, what I can offer is an e-book called "Chess Fundamentals" by Capablanca. My higher rated players say this is kind of like the chess "bible." So I purchased the e-book and then uploaded it to a place where anybody can download it. There are no copyright issues with downloading the e-book for free, because the book has been published over 75 years ago and the copyright has expired. Even if the copyright has not expired, one could still download it for free under the "fair use" doctrine as long as you use it for only educational and not commercial purposes.

So with that in mind, I invite all of you to download "Chess Fundamentals" by Capablanca in .pdf format from this link:

www.mediafire.com

It's free, no strings attached and I hope it might be helpful to some of you.
