How to add your game to the forum. :)
I decided to make a thread on adding your games into threads on the forum. I have answered this question a few times in the club forum. But I think it would be easier for everyone to find on its own thread. I hope everyone finds it useful.

There are three ways to do this.

You can add the board number using bd=board number

or add the full web address of your game.

You can also add positions on the forum. Say you have a checkmate in a certain amount of moves you want other players to find in the thread. You would use fen=""

How do you find the fen to enter between the quotation marks? What you do is go to your game. Then press Save/Export which is at the bottom of the board. Then you press Get Fen and copy and paste it into your message.

This is the address of a game I'll use as an example. notice bd= is part of the address. All you need to do is copy that and the number after it. You could also just copy the full address but they look different in the forum. They do however essentially the same thing.

Using Fen
6k1/p5p1/4p2p/1B1p4/Pbn1b1P1/1r6/5R2/4KR2 w - -

Here is the fen from a position in the game I'm using.

Notice the w at the end of the fen. It will display white at the bottom of the board. If you want to flip the board so that black is at the bottom, delete the w and put in a b.

Below is the board gameknot displays using the fen. With the b added at the end.

Just for fun white to move. Black mates in 3.

Don't look at the game link solve it instead.

This would be a good post to sticky to the top area of the forum, whoever is able to do that.

Checkmate in 3
To make it easier for everyone assume that whites next move is Ke1. If white plays Kd1 mate takes one more move.
