improve communication of GK enhancementsbefore. i suppose the downside is that GK support would get more questions asking about what a particular enhancement means. also, sent another suggestion asking whether a captains consensus on suggested improvements would be useful to them. will report back if/when they respond. hello GK support, once in a while, GK will send an announcement of a major change to the entire membership (i assume). small enhancements are not announced and often members don't hear about them and discover them randomly. why not maintain a 'site enhancements' forum and post brief descriptions of all changes (with effective date) that affect the full membership or a segment of membership (such as team captains). set it so non-GK administration cannot post there. then, send an announcement of the existence of this forum to the membership and suggest they check in from time to time to see what's new. thank you. ray |

looks like you created the first one - a thread showing minor changes, maintained by members and located in (site map>chess clubs>online forums>gameknot forum) and the second by gameknot (site map>gameknot information>whats new on gameknot) i guess GK support will point me to these two sources in response to my suggestion. |

i guess the screener wasn't aware of the two threads heinzkat mentioned since there was no "in the meantime, why don't you check out ..." |
