We discussed setting a hard threshold of 10% or so for membership but wondered what we would
do were I applying to join the team with a 14% time out record with the last time out being
several months prior. We also wondered what we would do if someone applied with a recent rash
of time outs, but they were less than the established threshold. So we opted for something less
constricting- "...No forfeited games due to timing out in the last 3 months nor history of
excessive forfeited games within the last 12 months." We find it works quite well for us.
