This could all be solved with the addition of a check box next to the little green dot that reads "Mark player unavailable for team games." Additionally, if a player's max games are set for 8 and they're at 7, I'll generally schedule them anyway and let them play 9. I explain this to them when they join the team and if they don't want this to happen they have to either set their max games for 6 or adjust it regularly.

For New Captains "Rules of Conduct"

Here is something quite interesting, something the Underdogs could never be accused of
"Rules of Conduct" rule 14

14. You may not invite, or otherwise actively solicit, any players to join your team if they are already a member of another team.

Penalty..............
As with any other rules violations, it depends on many factors -- it could
result in a simple warning, in an account restriction or an account termination.
If you believe a private message or a game comment you have received violates
one or more of GameKnot website rules, please file a formal complaint via the
"report abuse" link located either to the left of the corresponding private
message, or below the game comments, if it was during the in-game chat.
Just some helpful info that may help current and futurer Captain...
From the "Drug Adiicted/Abuser" of the Underdogs or whatever must be said to get new players

BTW
The latest post in Club Captain is surely a violation of rule 13

13. You may not use the forums, or another player, to get around someones ignore list. I.e. you may not post a message in the forums with the sole purpose of addressing the player who placed you on their ignore list, or ask someone else to contact them on your behalf. You may not help another player get around someone else's ignore list.

Once again this is GK's official "Rules of Conduct" not mine
THANK YOU FA
