4boys 24-May-08, 13:16	Ratings don't matter As far as I am concerned. Recruiting, I challenge GK players who are not a member of a team and get a dialog and ask if they want to join. Check their timeout ratio first though. I would like my team to be bigger, but right now we have a pretty solid bunch. No timeouts recently, but not much talking. But we have been doing well lately.
