Keep checking on your team players
I need your advice Captains. Some of you must have a larger number of players on your respective teams. How do you select your time and keep track on those players who are timing out very often. In my particular case, most of the time my opponents from other teams let me know on a particular player regarding his lack of playing or timing out. Then I do the investigation, and make my decision. I have small teams somewhere else, and it is easy to track your players; but in a large group, it is hard to do it. Is there a system you do follow, or just a random selection (like I do). Thank you, Rilke.

Usually
When a player becomes available for new team games I check how they did in their last games they finished. Also, you can see what games ended every day on gameknot.com (Past games on the bottom of every team page). Click the losses and see if they were by timeout. I don't have a handier method...

Click -
Way to many clicks!! That's what I would do - is check on every team game ended coming through... time killer that's for sure... And then.... I saw a post from one of the other handy tools comment about Firefox having the cooliris view - and that has cut my time in half at the very least. Helps also in setting matches without having to click back and forth all the time to see the other teams avails... So glad - and if you can - try it out!! One thing I have done is unless it's really bad - not remove the player as stated in our timeout policy - they get mad... they resign games or purposefully loose... so they stay on my list and when its clear - we have a conversation and re-evalute...
