Recruiting strong playersI am doing pretty good considering I have 8 members already. The one thing I am having trouble with is recruiting players who are 1800 or higher. It's kind of foolish for me...being 1350 asking a strong 1850 to join my team. Out of 20 people I ask I get 2 who respond saying no thanks. The other 18 don't respond at all. I want a team that has players from 1100 to 1900. Any suggestions? |

Ya...but...In my team forum we have a 1600 who posted a game to analyze and me...a 1350...was the only one who tried...it wasn't pretty. |

That would be niceThe best way to improve your game is to analyze your own game. It will be your most understandable analysis because it is at a level you can understand. Of course, that is just my opinion. Linda |

The idea is to play an unrated game and you discuss in the comments a running game analysis where each player comments on what they are trying to do and what they think the other player is doing. Note: They have to be unrated games otherwise you risk violating GK rules by discussing active games. I've played a few games like that and found I learned a lot from them. |
