 A SCREAM FROM A BROTHER..... TO ALL DEAR CAPTAIN & CO-CAPTAINS ...to make this long note short as possible ..you can somewhat know some informations about me by going to my profile ( simply by pressing on my nickname) haddad1956. ...also ...about my team you can find its name in my homepage or from the team ladder or table ..."ARABIAN HEART AND PEACE LOVING NATIONS"...you can go to my team homepage to know more about this team... ...to give you an idea about this story i have to publish copies of my last team messages regarding this issue ...hoping for finding any comment from any of the respectable captains & co-captains... members of this club..... ...these messages were sent to my team starting from 3 days ago....& few hours after i was able to think after recovering from the first shock... receiving a note from GK that one of my members subii left the team without leaving even a small note ...this is ok & normal..... ...but the abnormal is the next shock ....this player intended to resign all his current team games for nothing in few minutes (11 team games) directly after leaving his team & inspite that this player was sharing in this games by a special request from him... ...here are the copies of my team messages may you can understand & know & live this sad story ... ...but please & ..Kindly ...leave me any word or any comment to help me trusting people again after what i saw happening from my dear past team member ...& to be able to be back to my team in a better psychological state... 27-May-09, 17:15 Private message from haddad1956: Hello, team! Maher I think you should read on this forum a sad story, sent by me (you find it on page 2), so you find a similar story. Why he did this to our team, I will never know,.... What helped me, after "a shocking" period is to let go the why.... because it takes a lot of energy from you and you won't get the answer, unless subii tells you, which he won't because he is ignoring you. BUT: maybe, just maybe, it has nothing to do with you or the team! I can imagine you search the answer there. My experience is that people sometimes forget that after all these nicknames are persons.... but, and this could recover your trust a little maybe, my experience is too that it is a minority that forgets it, most people do know that very well. I prefer, after what happened to our (previous) team, to keep on trusting people of which I think that can be trusted. You have other members in you team that are worth to be trusted. I hope you can do the same, that you will get over it and continue, as I said earlier to you in a private msg: you have a heart-warming team!!!! Jo |

....easier said than done I know - but honestly you don't know where people are really coming from. Words are so easy to say for some, and actions will always speak louder... ...it is better off that your team is without this player - Your a great Captain and no one can take that from you - your team is behind you - ...like doji said - move forward and take the good energy that you have and shine it on your team!!! ...Take Care..
