Moderators and Co-Captains
The Team Captains has chosen his/her Co-Captains and Moderators for the success of the team.

What are your particular requirements or qualifications that you are looking in the selection fo your Co-Capt. and Moderators?

Well
I am not looking for a co-captain, but my creteria would be: dedication to the team, be able to talk about 'a strategy' (which challenges are good, which are not, what to do with time-outs,... that kind of stuff) and it has to be someone members can turn to if they need it.

Dedication,Respect and Length
Dedication: Someone who is very active on the forum. Creating new posts and replying other people's posts.

Respect: He or She must have a respect on the other member's opinion.

Length: Someone who has been spending some time with the team or club. You can always rely on this person.

These standards are only known for myself, not intended for my team members to know.

Team co-captains (the much harder one).

I found, through hard knocks, that having been active with the team for a while is very important. That is how I got one of our long standing members to be my co-captain, after bumming out with two short-timers. I asked a very quite long time member who has proven to be extremely good at setting up matches, he is always there to keep our members occupied.

Then I felt I was still missing something. I have been trying to get our team members to participate a bit more. I think it helps for them to put a little extra into the games and maintain loyalty. Well one of our team members has been participating regularly so I asked him and I think he helps balance out our team management.

Moderators I normally ask those that I have stayed friends with over the board for a while. With club captain for one moderator I asked for votes, to try to get participation up.

BTW, our team members can read these posts

one of my co captains was one of first members to join my team. as the team grew i sent a message and asked if any of the other team members would like to give it a try and now i have 3 great co captains i can count on. i could not do it with out them.

me and another team captain was talking about clubs when i started mine and the moderators was made up of captains and co captains from the 2 teams.
