Off hand,
Black wins a bishop regardless. Since 2 rooks are worth slightly more than 1 queen, I'd say that's why white goes ahead with the trade.

this would mean that in the end white has an advantage or at least a minor disadvantage (if i get you right). but that can“t be the purpose of the excercise. maybe i get you wrong.

ok...no. logical though. the advantage for black is just not as big as it would be without pawn taking, but still there is one.
