Alternate solution

Bishop to G1 produces the same result and in my opinion it is better because it traps the king further in the corner

1. Qe3 Bg1+
2. Rxg1

And if white tries to protect the queen at all costs:

1. Qe3 Bg3+
2. Kf3 g4+
3. hxg4 fxg4+
4. Ke4 Qe5#
