well at first kings need to go to d6, after Rook to e6 why cant king go to c5?

ok, good question, the reason is the following:
after 2. ..., Kc5
3. Bh1 avoiding the promotion of the pawn...
with 2. ..., Kd7 white cannot play 3. Bh1 because of Kxe6
