Lost 16.6 points for not following the suggested

instead of the reverse
2. Rd8, Rd8xR
3. Qd8xR, Mate

Same number of moves and ended with my Queen alive. Why is the suggested worth 16.6 more than mi move?

Why?

Because it's not a mate in two if you do Rd8, it's possible to answer with Ng6, for example.

You are right neurochess. I somehow saw the suggestion as Nc6. I think I definitely can not play in a drowsy state. Thanks a lot.
