I found @kingofchess12345 , you are right about it being harder to checkmate , but take a look @ your 2nd option the reason black doesn't move her Queen to g6 is 2.Qe8+ Qg6 3.g4+ Kh4 4.Qe1#, a quicker defeat for black |
