A capital reason for this puzzle's frustration. Yes, it is a zugzwang, but is it at all obvious?

The problem is Ng3. For every other possible move (and there are many in this game!) It blocks every single attack White could try to employ at Black. Every last one.

There's only one way to stop it from being played, but you don't realize this until after you try every possible angle of attack. Which makes it, well, more guesswork and less elegant.

Lowest solve rate I can recall for a 2-mover.

I too was very frustrated with Ng3, but I cracked it in the end. I don't agree this puzzle is not elegant.
