problem with puzzle 37260

The way the board appears is that White is in Check -- Thus requiring a King move. But the solution had the rook moving.

No problem at all

White is not in check. The black Pawns are on QN2, QN3 and QN5, and the white King is on Black's QB1. Since Pawns only attack diagonally forward and not diagonally backwards, the King is not under fire.
