x-machine, when I look through the "all moves graph", I don't see any winning moves that require two bishops and a queen. If you found another solution, go ahead and enter it!

It got me wondering too, probably it's about the variation 1. c8=B Kf7 2. g8=Q+ Kxf6 3. h8=B#

I like the one solution with only a single promotion. It also happens to be the one I found first.

My method was the same as kingdawar's - the last pawn was promoted to a B instead of a Q!
