Interesting history
Yes, I have seen this position before. I believe the winner after the game claimed that he had won at rook odds, and that was the accepted view - accept that some people claim that the game had NOT been at rook odds and the winner later claimed it was at rook odds to enhance his reputation.
Whatever the truth of the matter, I faithfully copied what I had seen on You Tube and see no reason to delete this puzzle, although, granted, in some ways it is a better puzzle with the rook at a1 missing, the position does have the merit of being able to be reached with a normal game of chess.
Interestingly it is also mate if the Nb1 is also missing.
