Note that the order of the moves is important. 1. Bd6+ first allows Ne7 or Qe7 with no mate in two.
However 2. fe8(Q)+ or 2. fe8(R)+ both mate next move.

Wrong diagram. A black pawn on h2? This took me 17 years to see.
