When I noticed the bishop was the clue to solve this. Pin it down & solution sprungs up

It seems like Qe1 works. It leaves only Re3 or Be2 then Qxh4. I think that's mate. I'm probably missing something.

As long as the white Bishop is still alive, he can always Bg4 preventing a mate in 2.

I think the key is really the pawn at c2, it it wasn't for that one, Qh1 would be suicide.
