Overwhelming odds...
I was after overwhelming odds and eliminated every white piece that wasn't being used... well, a white knight was replaced by a pawn and a black knight was exchanged for a bishop. This puzzle was generated to help me remember how en-passant puzzles are created.

FEN notation
4k2r/r1p3b1/n1b5/4Pp2/2B3pn/5P1q/1B5p/2KRR3 w - f6
This is what the puzzle looked like in FEN notation! The ep switch is given through the square being called out after everything else, in this case, f6, indicating Black's previous move was from f7-f5.

If you set up an "en passant" it will be clear to anyone by clicking on the pawn to do so because it will take out the pawn en passant.
Unless you want to fool people who can't see an en passant you are better off avoiding the trick.
Or perhaps others here need to be reminded of en passant and you want to teach them a sort of sordid lesson again and again and again.

It's also the same with a 0-0 or 0-0-0.
One, here, has to remember en passant and castling when the set up shows the possibility and move from there!

With en passant and 0-0 or 0-0-0 you can set up all kinds of problems to fool the chess players here (even the ones supposedly aware of it) and catch them off guard.
Go for it!

today's puzzle #5545 (see discussion). I reckon it makes more sense to point out that f6 is a valid move for white's pawn on e5!
