Bb7?
You meant Bxd7? That d7 square is protected by black's bishop at h3!😝😝😝

A wonderful puzzle indeed!
Actually white can force mate in two moves with pawn, c4, if its own rook and bishop could clear out in time. The idea is to prevent black's pawn at c5 from capturing white's piece and thus allowing its two own rooks to protect each other.

This is an exercise in logical thinking and knowledge of the composition culture  .

* If the Bh4's influence to d8 was reliably blocked, then 1.Nd8+ (Kc5 2.Na6#) would mate.
* If the Bh3's influence to d7 was reliably blocked, then 1.Bd7+ (Kc5 2.Rc4#) would mate.
* If Rb4 and Bd4 were removed then the position corresponds to "The Mother of All Forks" by master composer G,Kasparyan and is resolved the same way (c4!). See the very last diagram presented here: timkr.home.xs4all.nl

It's also here, although the entry is a buggy transposition mess: puzzle #18425

well, my solve didn't budge the percentage rate on this one. We need somehow to persuade folks to attempt these older entries.
