The excercise is correct.4. f4 as mentioned above leads to perpetual check 4. Kh3 Qd3+ and now 5. Kh4 Qe4+ 6. Kg3 is forced meaning, that at least white loses several tempos going Kh3 -> this is not a good move unless there are only psychological reasons in blitz-game behind it) both 5. f3 and 5.g3 are losing after simple 5... Qf5+ |
