Alternate solution

Wouldn't this be better?

1. Kg1 Qf2+
2. Kh2 Be5+
3. Kh1 Qxe1#

where the alternate move after 2:

1. Kg1 Qf2+
2. Kh2 Be5+
3. Qg3 Qxg3+
4. Kg1 or Kh1 Qxe1#

Alternate solution

The problem i see
Kh2 Be5+
Rxe5
gaining the Bishop,
even if black tries to rectify
Rxe5 Qf4+
white can respond with
Qg3 in the exchange white has gained the advantage

not at all, i think it's good we are trying to look for alternatives, it's deffo helped me tactically wise, i think always have more thasn one plan !
