The h pawn

Instead of 2 ..Rxa7, why does black not play h3?? Black proceeds to push the h pawn and trades the h pawn for the a pawn. The strategy now is for black to exchange his rook for white's bishop and pawn, leaving a k v k + center pawn ending?!

I also thought Black could queen first, but the computer has this:

2.Bb6 h3
3.Ba5 and White queens first

Not to sure about this one , you regain the advantage , but play on till you get a stronger advantage , felt like you have to do this one twice!!?
