One must pay attention since some of these are tricky. I missed one answer that was pxp en passant, as if that's an everyday move

There should be some sort of flag to show if castling or capture ep is possible. If we had this position OTB, I imagine 0-0-0 would be the first thought. But here, you're handed a position obviously late in the game and figure its the middle of a king hunt and the kings have been chased all over hell and half of Georgia.

You can always tell whether en passant is possible by looking at the provided previous move. Castling is more problematic, however.
