why cannot queen escape?

Black's Queen can escape, but with a loss of some pawns. Apparently the computer thought that a rook and bishop were enough compensation for the Queen.

You have to know your advantages in the position of yourself? Just like knowing what your weaknesses are in the position. When I started playing I had no idea what was a good or bad position. When you play longer you start to build up a understanding of it. Some better then others.

And you also know that material advantage can give you a promising position aswell. Just like for example the bishoppair is strong in a open game.

@paardjec3 is correct , you have to think slightly different doing these tactics , i always use analyse the board , and if i can't get mate in 3 , i look for the points advantage , a good or promising position is fine when you are playing a game , its more how i play ,
but ,
with tactics you have to look at your position after say 2 moves if you are not in a position leading to mate then points advantage has to be looked at , in a game i try to disguise my moves a lot , this doesn't work with tactics , i've had to change slightly , i must be doing something right though as i'm usually over 500 points above my rating !
