I really don't like these ones. It doesn't matter where white moves first. He can go Kd2, or kd3 and still quickly. These puzzles aren't helpful.

Not quite.
Kd2 and Kd3 let Black play ...Kb4 and eventually ...Kc5, which will prolong the game for at least another 10-15 moves. 2. Kd4 is the only way to make the game end quickly.

As for these kinds of problems that "aren't helpful": many problems do indeed have only small differences between the correct and incorrect solutions, and this can indeed be quite frustrating. However, if you work to understand in each situation why their answer is actually the best one you can learn a lot from such puzzles. They really build intuition...
