Basically I think that the position of the black king is hopeless after 3.Qd1+...

Just one example of what could happen:

1. ... Qe5
2. Rxd4+ Kxd4
3. Qd1+ Ke4
4. Rxd6 Qf5 (to defend against 5.Qf3#)
5. Qe2+ Kf4
6. Qf3+ Kg5
7. h4+ Kxh4
8. Qxf5

or

1. ... Qe5
2. Rxd4+ Kxd4
3. Qd1+ Ke4
4. Rxd6 Rf7
5. Qd3+ Kf4
6. Qc4+ Qd4 (6...Ke3 is met with Rd3+ and mate to follow)

Of course there are other possbible moves for both sides but none seem to leave black with any chance at all.
