I played the computer. I think the loss of the rook is accepted too easily by white

I context that queen is attacked he can defend the rook only with the queen by moving it in f4 or G3. In both cases, black can fork both the the queen and the rook with knight(d5 or f5). In conclusion whatever white tries, that rook is lost.
